These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by nublo studio. By booking a session or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

Copyright and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, when you purchase services or products from nublo studio, you automatically receive full usage rights to the delivered visuals. This means you are free to use the visuals across all media and for all purposes, both personal and commercial.
However, under international copyright law, the copyright itself always remains with the photographer. This means that while you may use the images freely, you may not claim authorship or resell them as your own. If special licensing terms apply to your project, these will be clearly stated in your invoice.
Raw (unedited) files are not included in any package.

Use of Visuals for Promotion
nublo studio reserves the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client has explicitly requested in writing, before publication, that their images remain private.

Limitation of Liability
While all reasonable care is taken during photography and image handling, nublo studio cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as technical failure or accidental damage.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
